Default Tires for Honda Accord 2000 EX 4 cyl.

I need to get new tires. I am debating between the Sumitomo HTR H4 (400 A A 89H), the Yokohama Touring-S (580 A B 89S), Fuzion HRi (400 A A 91H) and Falken ZE-912 (480 A A 91H). I do not drive alot. I was leaning towards the Yokohama's but the Accord manual tells me I need to get 89H which means speed of 130 as opposed to the S speed of 112. Will I be ruining my ride if I by the Yokohama with this lower speed rating? Does it make a difference if I get the lower speed rating tires than the placard? I would rather have a higher traction rating if I could and they are both within my price range. Any help would be appreciated.

MisterIX, I just got rid of the Yokos you mentioned and got the Sumitomos. My car is a 99 EX Coupe. I was a little skeptical at first but the tire shop gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. I am extremely happy with the Sumitomos. The deal from the shop included a 4-wheel alignment and the car drives better than it did when it was new; I swear. It has 166K on it now and runs perfectly. I don't know about snow traction since I don't get a lot of snow and tend not to drive in it if I don't have to.

gasha, why did you get rid of the Yokohamas? Tirerack rates the Yokohamas higher than the Sumitomo plus it has a higher traction rating.

The Yokos were adequate for the driving that I do. They were worn and began making a lot of noise. I decided to try the Sumitomos because of the price and the 80K miles warranty. They ride better than I expected. Again, the deal was really sweat. I even got $60 from the tire shop for the yokos I was about to trash.
