umm, get an obd2 engine and make everything less of a pain. or just work with what you've got, build a long block and use your stock harness/ecu/etc & get it tuned.

doing research with obd1 ls into obd2 this is how it goes:
1. injectors from obd2 can be reused
2. obd2 dizzy wont bolt, plug needs to be repinned, or buy conversion harness
3. crank pressure sensor: you can trick ecu to read it correctly
4. iavc needs to be rewired 2<->3
think that's it...

Re: obd1 b18c1 into a em1
just transfer the engine harness, injectors, dizzy, alt over to the gsr and everything should be plug n play..u will have to add a wire or 2 for the IAB if you are still using the gsr IM..as for the CFK sensor thats on the oil pump u can trick the ecu by splicing some wires together...u should run a obd2a gsr ecu since they dont have the immob.
