Someone could have painted the valve cover easily. but if not..
Now i could be wrong because i don't have an "Sir" but if the code is b16a:
The spec's on the Sir would be - ( had to look it up )

Maximum power 170.3 PS (168.0 bhp) (125.3 kW)
@ 7800 rpm
Specific output105.3 bhp/litre
1.73 bhp/cu in
Maximum torque 157.0 Nm (116 ft·lb) (16 kgm)
@ 7300 rpmbmep 1236.9 kPa (179.4 psi)
Specific torque 98.43 Nm/litre

But i have a b18c type r:
The spec's on the JDM B18c Type R - (200hp, 137ft.lbs tq.)

My opinion, i love my motor. go with the type r if you want reliable, strong, & fairly quick. The sir on the other hand, honestly don't know much about it.. But it aint what other people want, its what you want to be driving.. my preference is quick but reliable and no boost because everything now days is boosted. all motor to me makes a how different feel.. but in the end, boost is where a lot of people wanta be.

not correct but probably not your fault. lot of bad information out there. the motor has 200hp, redlines at 8400 with fuel cut at 8700 and has 11:1 compression
