Default Finally got my "Cadillac" converter installed!!

I was running a cat less exhaust because my OEM manifold cracked. Replaced it with a generic header so my exhaust was really raspy at 3000-3200RPM. Anyways, I went out and got a Megan Racing M-OE muffler and got it installed with a Magnaflow high flow cat, and 2.25" piping. I did feel a slight loss of power at 0-4000RPM, but after that, its perfect. The exhaust sounds really nice, but its still a bit too loud for my taste. Im going back next week to get my OEM resonator put on. Anyways, too much talk.

And, the video clips

Get a silencer for the muffler, and keep the magnaflow cat way cheaper

Naw, its not going to make it raspy. The car was running cat less and I hated it! For one, it smelled, and at 3000-3200RPM's it got REALLY raspy and was really annoying. After I put on the Magnaflow cat, it got rid of about 90% of the raspiness.

A resonator should do you well. After I got my exhaust done (2.5 piping, dc header, magnaflow high flow cat, es tuning muff), I also felt like it was still too loud. So I added a resonator and feel much better about it now.

By the way, get a plug for that rear wiper:

I got the muffler for $100 from some local shop. And I got the muffler welded with the cat and header back piping for $180.

So $280 for a header back 2.5" exhaust. Its not bad if you ask me!
