Window tint - Nice or rice

Depends on the car and color really, but I'm a fan of tint. I like the privacy feeling.

IMO tint+older honda=rice(but to each his own so lets not start a 5 page **** storm)
the only cars i like w tint are the mercedes that come w that chromish blue tint.
or limo tint on a slammed fullsize truck.
but as for my integras or civics, i wouldnt touch it. wrong car to ask for privacy with

most from CA is ok without Tint. When I lived there for 30 years, I never felt the need for it. It looks cleaner without. Out here in TX with the crazy heat....you need tint. I choose tint over the clean look here for sure.

Tint also protects interior parts from fading or cracking to.. I have a 4th prelude and its windows have been tinted since new and i have a friend who has the same car nontinted windows and his rear seats are like a purple due to fading where mine are like brand new still black

I like tints but here in Chicago you get tickets for if your front windows are tinted to dark.

I have 18% on my 2008 VW R32 to protect the leather interior, but I would never even think of running tint on my Honda.

IMO, it all really depends on the car.

I want to do my coupe tint but the cops are d*cks over here in socal . They gave my wife a ticket for her tint on her WRX STi and it was dealership tint ! so yea it's lame over here but i like it .
