I rolled my Prelude into the street so I could get the fun car out to drive to work. Other than that I neglected to fix a handful of issues and I filled up the tank. Poor Prelude...

Well, how about the last 2 days?

.....went to the touchless carwash today, water spayer thing got stuck on mirror and cracked the mirror housing. Dam gas station employee claims there is a break away switch so what happened to my car is supposedly impossible. Time to call the lawyer......

......yesterday got rear ended by a old ass rusted out cuttlas (WI no insurance req.), scratched the shit outa my bumper. Ass hat gave me $200 not to call the 5-0, the lude needs paint anyway (AZ sunfade). No cracks, thank god...ah oh, time to call MAACO!

My girlfriend drove mine to work today because I took her MR2 to the tinting place to get some 15% all the way around. She had to work through her appointment so we traded cars for the day. I love that my girl drives stick.

Put an new upper rad hose on, when the temperature dropped it leaked like a bad hose/clamp.

finally found the OEM alloy's I wanted. Cleaned up the bit of curb rash and they a looking great for 8 year old rims. Have to wait till spring to hit them with some clear coat and then off comes the Accord wheels.

Finished making a template for the housing for my new voltage and oil pressure guages. I will be installing them in the centre console under the radio. Next step is cutting out a piece of aluminium i have and then drillin two 2. 5/8 holes in it, and prepin and painting it black. so busy, this little project may take a while.

Did I mention last month I put new vent shades on the doors, new trim rubber on the back windshield and new mud flaps on the back.

I had to put new weather stripping along the bottom of the drivers door. It was very breezy (freezing cold) when driving on the highway.

Funny thing is I had to drill the holes for the plugs to hold the rubber on. I can only assume the door is of new Prelude where that model does not require that rubber.

Strange they would make them different.
