the ACT kits I've gotten for B-series motors come with everything needed, it would be odd if the more expensive S2000 kits don't the ClutchMasters kit my buddy got came with everything needed.
as far as the flywheel you don't have to replace it, but you should resurface it.

DO NOT BUY FROM ACT THEY WILL RAPE YOU ON PRICING
Modacar has one for $465 shipped, hit them up I have a turbo S2000 and have had them do all my work.

yeah, I would never buy another ACT clutch again, I've liked ClutchMasters better for the pedal pressure and engagement in every car I've tried it in.

not sure about $500 but the ClutchMasters FX300 is a great clutch. engagement and pedal feel like stock but unlike stock it grips they say it holds up to 110% over stock so you would have to be knocking on 450whp (guessing) before it would start to slip.

I haven't liked ACT in any civic or integra I've been in, maybe for some reason their S2000 is different but I doubt it. for daily drivers their clutches are always a compromise, they'll hold, but at the cost of heavier than needed pedal pressure and a chattery engagement. the clutchmasters is so smooth in comparison it feels just like stock.
on S2KI there's some ACT guys having a problem with thrust washers wearing out prematurely but that's yet to be confirmed for sure. either way it's a problem only common to the ACT guys so far and with their heavy pedal pressure you're pushing and pulling on the crank so that's not surprising to hear.

I've never been happy with ACT customer service. I had one in my civic and it had bad chatter and wore out fast. I've always heard from others that there customer service sucks for them as well. Add on the rumors of damage caused by this clutch on the S and you've go me sold... On another brand.
I have no personal experience with them on the S2000.

MY ACT setup in my 300WHP civic was PERFECT, no chatter at all.
XT plate with sprung 6-puck hub, like my Exedy hyper single in the S2K but ACT was MUCH smoother.

the 6 puck, sprung hub, ACT I had in my first CRX ate through my stock flywheel after about 10,000 miles, that sucked
