You can't use a PR4, you can either get an OBD1 P74/P75 or chip a P06 originally meant for a D15B7. Reuse your stock engine harness, you will need to get an OBD1 distributor and injectors if its an OBD0 B18A1 ('90 - '91 version)

You made a poor choice for an engine swap. And you were misinformed on the ECU. An OBD0 ECU Does not plug in to the civic underdash harness an OBD1 or even OBD2 B18B1 (if it had the integra engine harness) would have been a much better choice.

no........listen to what everyone is telling you. you NEED an obd1 integra ecu and an obd1 integra distributor and use your stock engine harness. the integra harness WILL NOT work with your car.

I don't think you fully understand just whats involved with swapping the underdash harness, you need to remove everything on the inside of the firewall to remove the underdash harness, dash, steering column, pedals, heater core, blower motor, A/C evaportator core, all of it must come out to remove the under dash harness, and as if that wasn't bad enough you wont have working gauges, unless you feel like trying get a '90 - '93 integra cluster to fit in the dash. Its just a wiring nightmare. As opposed to buying an OBD1 ECU that actually plugs in like its supposed to. Again, from a wiring standpoint you will need the following:
-OBD1 ECU (P74/P75/chipped P06)
-OBD1 Distributor
-OBD1 Injectors

Yes, again you also need the OBD1 injectors.

To an extent. It will run, but it will run lean. Used OBD1 B18 injectors shouldn't really cost that much if you look around.
