Without any other modifications, probably not.
Although it increases the CAPACITY to move additional air, it's the entire SYSTEM that you have to address.
Think of the engine as an air pump; a complex air pump yes, but an air pump none the less. You can improve it's ability to suck air in, but nothing will improve until you improve blowing the air out as well.

You're still up against the ECM based Rev Limiter.
Personally, I don't thing you're to the point where the 70mm T'Body makes sense.
There is room for improvement in the tuning sector where verifiable results can be had.
The T'Body will come into play when you start modifying the motor's internals to allow it to breath better and spin faster.
