Bisi header dyno?
i searched for awhile and found nothing (suprising with the new search isnt it?)
so im sorry if this has been done although i dont think it has.
im looking for anyones graphs who have dyno'd with bisi's header on a b series. im interested in seeing the power curve. and any increases over other designs. thanks

Re: Bisi header dyno?
well i have a b16a SIR2 in a del sol. it won't be an exact dyno since i lost my stock dyno sheet and it'll be a full exhaust/header swap. but in a few weeks when it gets all done(i broke some bolts) i'll take it to a dyno and put it up.
but i guess for stock comparison just back to back with any old stock b16a.

Re: Bisi header dyno?
I think the OP wants to see same-day dyno comparisons which show A/F ratios and perhaps even screen shots of the timing maps that were used during the tests. Good luck on finding results. You may have to do what I did when wanting to check out the fake RMF narrow header and just buy one for yourself to test.

This is awesome.
If there are people out there looking for numbers , here you go.
However, I wish they were 3rd party independent dyno graphs. I will post my own b4 and after once I buy my header.

Re: Bisi header dyno?
I just dynoed a 86mm X 87.5mm (GSR Cranked) B series 12.5/1 comp that I built, that made 234.4whp and 160wtq
The header pictured was a prototype and broke twice. It was returned to Bisi and was upgraded for slightly more money to a stainless steel unit. The fitment was different than the prototype for some reason and the core support required modification to fit. I will take another picture and repost later.
Im not sure if it is the header or just the fact that I am one bad *** engine builder...

Re: Bisi header dyno?
Everytime I look at those dyno charts of Bisi headers SLAYING everything else by a wide margin, I seriously want to buy one and compare it to the SMSP header on my car. It's not that I believe all the hype and it's not that I think Bisi's headers are bad, I just have a hard time believing they are THAT much better than everything they get dyno'd against on his site. I may seriously do this this as my next little test project...

Do you think the bisi header helped you get that number?
Did you stick with the bisi header? Have you tried other headers with this setup?
sry for all the Questions, I'm serioiously considering buying a bisi.

Re: Bisi header dyno?
Ok.. i love bishi, i really do.. he's a great guy and i'm pretty sick and tired of everyone getting linked to his site.. this is a 1st person dyno..
we need 3rd party comparsions.. we need bishi's header to be test vs real ****.. not some lame *** ebay headers..
SMSP
RMF
SSR's
DTRS
profabs
we need real test on a real motor.. everyone keeps saying how bad *** bishi headers are.. and frankly the dynos of motors with bishi headers are few and wide between.. i see more dyno plots with smsp/rmf knock offs or ssr or some type of custom header rather then bishi's and his sale people claim EVERYONE buys his headers.. i was even thinking about it, but i want to justify 900 dollars.. just like i told BMCRace about their manifold.. i want dyno plots.. i've seen one... period.
