FAILED theft attempt of my EM1
alright idk where to begin lol k it started wednesday night after i got off work technically thursday morning i got off work at midnight, got home around 12:15am and came inside my house and knocked the hell out about fifteen mins later my dad was bangin at my door telling me to go outside! lol so i threw on some shorts and a t shirt and ran outside and in the middle of my street was a HUGE flatbed tow truck with a flat tire it was backed up into my drive way, anyways here's what happened as i saw on the police report, theres a man down the street that owns a tow truck company and parks his over night flat bed across the street from his house, two guys had the bright idea of stealing the truck driving to my house and stealing my em1, anyways they stole the truck. were headed toward my street and right before u enter my street there's a pretty sharp turn, they were goin too fast and popped the drivers front tires bead right off the rim, they said **** it and continued down the street toward my house, now they go to my house and attempted to maneuver the flat bed onto my driveway and with a flat tire and cars parked on the street apparently it was pretty damn hard, my parents and a lot of neighbors heard the air brakes, the reverse beep of the tow truck and the engine revving since they didn't know how to drive the damned thing, so ppl started coming out of they're houses and the guys get out and start running, the dumbass passanger drops his cell phone when he jumped out but didn't realize it, the cops were called and when they arrived they called the owner of the truck and they found the cell, anyways two days later, which would be friday night, the cops call the guys house (HOME on his cellphone) trace the call and show up and arrest both guys on site. the cops ask them what they were gonna do with the tow truck and they say, well we really wanted that blue honda and stole the truck to steal the car and now they're both in jail for stealing the tow truck, attempted theft of my car, and they have to pay 14k worth of damages for the street and for the tow truck

Em1 are very popular cars.
We need to be very careful with our cars.
specially now that the economy is down thieves are desperate for money.
Keep eye open man.

Man, thievery is rampant lately. Some idiot broke my weatherstrip on my door to try to pry open my window. A lot of times, i'd be sitting outside and someone would drop a guy off, he'd run up to my car and then call his cell phone and be like, he got autolock and then run off.
Good thing I live in a quiet neighborhood with low crime and have low jack sukas

lol, never expect a save neighborhood in Socal. I lost my spoiler for my 96 accord and 3 weeks later, after I ordered a new spoiler, I saw it on a 94 mazda 323 and it is still in the same condition. I knew it because I had a noticable pain chipping on the tip of my spoiler. Can you imagine a tan 323 with a green accord spoiler?? I should've take pic of that bastard. It was freakin ugly as hell...
