Any codes being thrown?

Sounds like it could be a tps problem or a misfire issue.

Does it jerk once or does it just sound liek its jerking and sputtering?

More info on the car too

das coo..... its when you load your clutch up like 4th gear doin 30mph... u will get this jerking sensation and what it is , is the clutch disc skippin accross the hardspots on the flywheel, the clutch slipping and then gripping causes it to chatter... try this... keep your load off the clutch,, for example keep your rpms over 2800 in all gears and see if the problem goes away........

nah. its not that. ight. example. im taking off in 1st gear. and im not drilling it, so i rise up 1200-1300-1400-1500 then it jus starts jerking once i pass the 1500 and go into the 2000 for ex. it stops and wen i shift into 2nd if it falls down to 1500 it starts jerking again, all the way up to i think 3rd gear is wen it stops. but i think it did do it once in 3rd.

I get that all the time haha, drives me nuts so i keep the RPMs up higher so it doesnt do that, i would tell you the RPMs but I dont have a tac haha. Anyways my clutch is beat and I just replaced wires plugs cap and rotor so dont worry about any of those. Hope this helps a little
