Default B18B1 main caps torque specs?

does anyone know whats the torque specs for the main caps for a B18B1?
searched here but couldnt find it, not even in the Chilton manual.

b18b main caps = 56 foot pounds

remember to to tighten them in the correct sequence

any lowes can match a paint color if you have a sample of some kind
But lowes doesnt sell automotive paint
Haha thats what I was thinking...what are you going to do? Paint match your bathroom?
