White Fluid in Oil, should I be concerned???
I've got a 1992 Honda Accord LX with only 110,000 miles on it. Great car runs good, have all the maintance records from previous owner. Was checking the fluids today and noticed a little white fluid in on the dip stick with the oil. The oil looked good but noticed white fluid at the end of dipstick. Engine and surrouding area look good, no white smoke upon start up. No loss in any fluids (Oil,Trans or coolant) Head gasket leak? Any ideas what it could be and what I should do? Thanks in advance.

Depending on the how the previous owner drives and the temperature of the area, it could just be a lot of moisture built up in the crankcase. For example, if the previous owner took quick trips, the oil temperature may never have gotten high enough to drive the water out of the oil and into the PCV system.
I would just change the oil and filter and see if that is normal. Occasional longer drives would also help.

I'm the second owner of the car the original owner was a little old lady who drove it to the store, friend's house etc.... Sounds good I'll change the oil and filter and keep an eye on it and the coolant levels. I should probably change the coolant too while I'm at it. Thanks guys

Yup yup, redbull has it. Thats oil oxidation.
Don't short trip drive it, cause thats how moisture builds up inside the crankcase. If you do it long enough, there will be more water than oil which can result in a serious loss of the engine.
You gotta drive it long enough for the engine to get hot to evaporate that moisture off and send it out of the engine.

Goes without saying that you should make sure your PCV system is in good order... Obviously start by changing the valve ($3) and the grommet ($1)
This would of course be in addition to changing your oil, good filter etc...
