Default Accord h22 OBD1 resleeving price.

Has anyone had their motor resleeve with with Darton 87, 88, or 89 mm?

How Much did it cost U? I heard it can cost up to $1,500.00, does this sounds right?

It really depends on where you go, the term "you get what you pay for" doesnt really apply to something like this, lots of shops will charge you out the *** doe decent work, and others will charge a good price for amazing work.

Darton (Benson) are around 950.

You can get the deal on GE sleeves (Im running them and LOVE THEM)... 930 with shipping back to you through Tom at camp1320. Just send them a stripped block and 930 (I paid for mine) and you get back your **** fresh and clean.

JG??? No thanks... Stick to what works.

Benson or GE

depends on where you are. shipping a block to a shop isn't cheap. I paid about $150 in total for shipping materials and shipping cost via Fed Ex ground from Chicago, IL to New Albany, IN. Which are about 4 hours apart by car.

I sent my block to ERL Performance/Darton sleeves. To do their 300 series Sleeves i was quoted approximately 650. You can talk to Sean or Seth there. They work with all kinds of motors and definetly do a good job. Although it took longer for my motor to get done, it wasn't because of something they did. I just sent them an H23A1 with spun bearings and they did everything possible and sent back a masterpiece of art. That's all i can say about them.

For everything i got done there, which was basically sending in a motor with spun rod bearings (which also turned out to have soun main bearings) and getting back a fully built short block, i spent about $4000 with shipping for everything.

hope this helps and gives you and idea.
