Default 96 hatch - cel codes 17, 41, 65

car is 96 hatch all stock throwing codes 17, 41, 65, what would cause this and how to fix i know what the codes mean vehicle speed sensor is defective or unplugged, 41 is primary oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction and 65 is oxygen sensor heater secondary malfunction or defective . cars light are surging ,speedo jumps eratically from 0-120 without car moving what to do to fix need help asap thanks

hmm, maybe a bad gound problem. (I've seen this on a non honda). Check the ground wires. Just to be save, remove the battery poles, check for oxitation, clean and reattach.

Did you something on your car befor this happens?

Check whether 7.5A dash fuse 15 is blown. If so, click on the Fuse 15 TSB in my signature.
