i have a 94 gsr that i just picked up and the abs light is on all the time... i checked lines, fuses, i did notice the passanger side axle does not have the abs ring on it could that be it???


then when i am driving in first and second and i let off the gas at around 3k the tranny makes a gerrrrrrrrrrrrr noise but not a grinding noise. tranny shifts fine no grinds or anything like that... the noise is kinda like when the brakes r metal to metal and its pissing me off....

there is no code, the abs only stays on when driving..start the car it goes away then come on when driving...

The last three ABS codes are stored in memory. Pull them to diagnose your problem.

my ls does the same thing, previous owner said he had it looked at and that the mechanic said the abs unit was broken and it would be too much to fix / replace it ... I'm curious to see the fix though
