6th gen auto to 5 speed completed, now codes p1295, p0108, p0113
Like the topic says, Im getting codes. The vss isnt working but i didnt really expect it to. But I cant go past 4k and I cant clear the check engine light. VTEC was never disconnected and was previously working fine as well as everything else, and the oil level and pressure are fine. What else should I look into?
Also...The drivers window controls only work on the ds windows, but the other windows work independently, and my alarm remote wont let my horn beep even when all the doors and trunk are closed. All other electronics work fine. I cant figure this out

Don't realy know much about trans swaps but I would have to imagine that your RPM and VTEC problems start with the VSS not working. Getting that working properly would be the place to start.
When you did your swap did you change your A/T ECU and TCU to a M/T VTEC ECU?

I thought that too, but when i searched I didnt see any connection to the VSS and these codes as far as I can tell. I will be getting a new VSS soon though
I just kept the Auto ECU with the TCU plug left out because I didnt want to buy a new ECU and have it reflashed until payday comes around again. It was done as according to the steps in the FAQ writeup.

I think after you replace the VSS sensor it should clear up the circuit high input codes for your MAP, IAT and ECT. But I'm not 100% on that.....it just seems odd that all three sensors woudl throw the same code at the same time

Yeah VTEC doesn't operate until the car is moving over 20 mph so that would explain why it won't kick without the VSS.

I'll probably head over to the dealer today and see if they have one in stock. Wish me luck

So I was messin around under my hood and unplugged the vtec solenoid to check for corrosion and plugged it back in. Now Im only gettiing tranny codes and nothing else. So now Ive still got the engine light, no vtec, no speedo, and my electrical issues. Hopefully the working vss will solve some of this but I dont know what to do about the electrical problems

Be prepared to do ALOT of re-wiring to get the speedo to work. You will have to make a sub harness for the sensor and re-pin the ecu and re-wire the pass. side wiring harness and multi-plex unit. Read my right up on how to get it to work CORRECTLY or it will never run or work correctly.
