I own a 01 civic sedan. My headlights have become foggy with yellow residue. I've been wanting to replace them by buying a pair of original headlights on ebay or any local auto store that may carry replacements. So I went to Kragen around my area, only to find out that replacements were $250 for each lamp. However, the guy who worked there suggested Permatex Headlight Lens Restoration Kit.
A $12.99 price tag is not too shabby, imo, versus a price tripled or even more, for just one headlight. However, like the old adage: never judge a book by its cover. This cheap automative product may not be all it is cracked up to be. So, what I really need is any of your inputs - and they will be greatly appreciated!
