clutch pedal keeps loosing pressure----> ?????
1st of all thx 4 looking, and if you can help, even better!
as you can tell (my sig) i have a b16a in a civic dx, my clutch pedal keeps loosing pressure for some reason, the 1st time, i checked the master cylinder and it needed fluid, so i added some and bleeded the system. now my pedal keeps loosing pressure when i drive (or leave it off) for about 20-30 mins or more, so i have to bleed it again. it seems like air is seeping in but i dont know where, there doesnt seem to be any leaks (mainly because theres no fluid outside the lines and the lvl stays the same). also, the pedal seems to have grease or something behind it (the rod that goes in and out when you push in/let out the clutch pedal) could this be the cause? and how do i go about fixing it? thx 4 the help guys

You're experiencing a classic honda problem. That grease you see is your clutch fluid leaking through the clutch master cylinder main seal. You need a new clutch master cylinder. They're about $116 from the dealership I believe.

I was losing fluid for a long time through my main seal, it would stay level for a month at a time and in one day the resovoir would empty. Eventually it got to the point where the clutch wasn't disengaging.
If your master cylinder is gone, chances are your slave cylinder is on its way out as well, I would give it a good inspection and make sure its still working well.

You should be alright driving it for a while. You dont need to bleed it, just add fluid when it gets low. Eventually you wont be able to drive the car anymore though.
That shouldn't have anything to do with your shift **** warming up, I would assume you dont have any heatshields on the under side of your car and its just your exhaust heating up your shifter. I get alot of hot air blowing through my center console from the exhaust.
