I'd start by double checking whether the timing belt is exactly right on the correct tooth, and whether it is properly tensioned.

On timing do the up arrows face vertically up or toward each other, Im not sure how to check timing? I have adjusted the Throttle position sensor and its running alot better, only problem is its idling about 1300rpm should i adjust it a little more or what could be cuasing the higher idle? I did idle at 1900rpm but it went down after the car ran for 5min to 1300rpm...

the up on the cam gears should point up at top ded center, but you look at the little lines at like 9 o'clock on the cam gears, you should line up the cam gears using those, use a ruler os some sort of straight edge , the little lines should line up with the botls too. i could be wrong though but im pretty sure im right
