I have had water leaking into my cabin and blower motor of my 1994 Civic coupe, I believe to have found where the water is coming in and am making a makeshift fix, is there a part that is meant to be here?

It likely is due to the cowl cover, similar to this video for a Del Sol.

Thanks, didn’t think about the drain part, I cleared that and put new gasket on the cowl (old gasket was nearly nonexistent)
