guys read the thread above, it is a diy that is very famous in the edm market,
you simply buy a 4 stud rotor (rover mg zs180 off of ebay uk,ireland,de etc) and you find your self a set of prelude vtec 4 lug calipers from a junkyard and finally a itr 1 inche mc,brake booster and guess what the difference you get
is day and night.

price list:

2 prelude calipers 50 bucks (car-part.com)
1 itr(later abs gsr's aswell)mc/brake booster 75 bucks (car-part.com)
2 rover 282mm rotors& pads 80 bucks (ebay.uk /55 pounds for buy it know price)
shipping for all above for me was 35 bucks

total $240 U.S for 11.1 conversion kit that is fairly easy to do (much easier than itr,ctr swap) and you get a set of pads,rotors that are brand new too!

I did the above on a edm ek vti and can say the difference is amazing!

yes it will ! lucky you for going with acura/honda its almost like we dont have cars but have lego for a ride hahaha changing engines,suspension,brakes,front ends,exhaust systems,interiors from various models and makes,its like a joke but I love it.
