I been looking around h-t for a 88-89 crx hf gauge cluster diagram because I'm planning on switching the plugs over to 90-91 so i can use the 90-91 gauge cluster, i was told all wires go up except for a couple and i just want to make sure before i go slicing away, i been searching for this info but the only thing i can find is a bunch of "how to" about 90-91 wire diagram and nothing with the 88-89 models, if someone can help me with this is will be much appreciated, thanks in advanced

now all i need is the 88-89 wire diagram but all i can find are the ukdm ones with all those extra things i don't need and was told it was off by a few plugs, haha but if anyone can supply me with a 88-89 wire diagram lmk, when I'm done Ill make a write up for future reference to other 88-89 owners edit: After reading over it fully this is what i was actually looking for, they talk about the us 88-89 plugs also, ill go do the cluster swap and post pics and a small write up for anyone else attempting to do the same, thanks DCFerris Modified by KhmerdudeSiR at 11:42 PM 4/27/2008

well today i attempted to do the cluster swap with the info provided and other info from various H-T threads, and my plugs are way off from the chart provided above, i tried color to color and that didnt work out, i even tried to do what i thought might work but that failed also
, i think maybe HF wiring maybe diff from other dx/si 88-89 models, idk but here are pics of my 88 HF plugs i clipped off my harness lmk if any of this looks familiar... ![]()

You know i am doing exactly what you are doing but in reverse i am putting a 91 crx cluster in my 88 crx and i am having a slight wiring issue. It seem the 91 has a extra wire in the plug with 12 wires then the 88 hf 12 pin cluster. My temp and fuel gauge and high beam indacator seem to be not working. Also the 90-91 cluster has the seat belt indactor light also. I tried to follow your diagram but in reverse and thats the problem i got from it lol. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
