Default B20 Turbo sizing.... T3/To4b?

Just as the title says, im looking for a turbo to make roughly 300 horsepower on my stock low comp. b20 motor.

I was considering using this turbo

any suggestions?
roughly where would it spool?

Thanks!

any more details?
What did you not like about it?
were you unhappy with the quality of the rebuild blaast did?
where you unhappy with power?
spool time?
what motor/setup?

Also, the auction states its brand new- i doubt that blaast performance would lie about such a thing, there extremely honest in my dealings with them

when i purchase the turbo he told me it was brand new, but it was old junk that they Rebuild and sell as new, it lasted 2 weeks, it's you'r decision but i would not buy it again, spend extra $100-$150 and buy it Brand new garrett and you will be happy,

Actually, on the auction it clearly states "remanufactured" for the turbo, and if you go to the blaast website, he has brand new turbos for sale.
Turbob18coupe: Did you talk to Gillaume at blaast? If there has been a problem,I'm sure he would gladly set it right. The rebuild on my garrett T3 is BEAUTIFUL, and I would reccomend blaast to anyone for turbos.
Hopefully you ran an oil restrictor, etc. and didnt have a needless failure.

yes the problem was fixed but i was with out the car for over 3 mounts, i personally did not like paying $500 for that turbo, and no way that turbo can make 300 hp.
buy this one item 120236741900

BTW what exactly happened with the turbo? ie: smoking, endplay, sucked in a small bird, etc.
I'm just saying that sometimes mistakes happen.
It sounds like blaast took care of the problem.
A friend of minehad an old rajay turbo rebuilt by a very reputable turbo shop out west here, and he had to have it done twice because it smoked right after its rebuild, and these guys are the "Gucci" ($$$$$) turbo guys out here.

I was hoping you still had that turbo around all broken-like so you could sell it to me cheap
