Spray WD40 in the spark plug hole and let sit. Spray so more and let sit.
Use a long extension that allows a long ratchet (1/2") or breaker bar to sit just above the cam cover then loosen. You will probably hear a nice "pop" or "break".
From this point, you can use a 3/8 extension/ratchet and slowly loosen and tighten the spark plug, but loosen more than you tighten, until you finally remove the spark plug.

NOTE: When I say "Loosen and tighten" it means that you turn counter clockwise but you then turn clockwise to clean up the thread a little. This should prevent the spark plug threads from cross threading.
