i look like a goose pointing at that intercooler.

luke isnt in indiana, hes in grand rapids michigan, but i'm in chicago, and he built it at our shop, and andy came here. AEM problems sidelined the tuning though. my brother and i are tuning it this week/weekend once we figure out the problems

Your set-up is looking real nice. You'll have about the same power I had with a 16g.
Just don't launch too too hard on pavement; take it from a roll. I'm on my third coupler and had to swap out another transfer case.

Nice to see the vtec head though. Seems like too much time, money, and trouble to convert to OBD1 and run AEM.

Looks awesome though.

I am on my second trans and also on my second rear driveshaft. What were the symptoms of a bad viscous coupler? What were the symptoms of a bad transfer case?

Right now I am getting some serious vibrations in the rear in 1st and 2nd gear. All the U joints seem to be ok.

The AEM EMS is for OBD0. Car is currently up and running on OBD1 Chrome. It will get the AEM EMS tune in May.

The transfer case and the coupler kinda went at the same time. The gears snagged somehow and created a loud wine when accelerating resulting in no power to the rear wheels.. I think this created a lot of resistance for the rear wheels which ultimately caused my coupler to break as well. I put in another coupler. I broke the coupler again after launching very hard and dumping 2nd gear. The rear wheels would barely engage if at all.

I've never had had any vibration though.

How do you break some discs in some liquid? Was one side of the driveshaft spinning and the other not moving?

The wagon is up and running good at 7 psi on OBD1 Chrome. AEM EMS tune coming soon.

More boost and more antilag and more wagon attack soon.

Let me see how much the shipping will be on the trans. The trans is painted black BTW and I removed the throw out bearing. Ill get an estimate on Friday or Saturday. I beleive it only has about 140k on it.
