Volk C1, Work LeadSled, and SSR Bright Speed Racing owns this thread.
I think the Bright Speeds were a "not mine" post though. I've never seen anyone in the US with a set, even though I'm sure someone has them.
Tehnomagnesio made some wheels for the Subie community awhile ago (2003) that were only available as a set of 20 for like $26,000 or something like that. I want to say that they were like 3.5-4lbs apiece? For rally team use, I'll see if I can find the link.

They look like factory Honda wheels. Are they 4x114 or 4x100?
If they are 14" 4x100 then they are factory option 90-91' civic si wheels (I used to have a set)
A few different cars had this style in the early 90's including the Civic si, Prelude, Legend and possibly some others. The most commont are prelude and legend

Re: (EF9 JAMS!!!)
I tried ordering a set or super fins for my sisters car back in 1995 from Option Auto Salon. They wanted $1250 per wheel w/o tires back then.

Volk Racing Challenges (17x8 +35 offset fronts and 17x9 +35 offset)
Hope these are considered rare
