There's obviously a leak. We can't help you find the leak. Look under the car and see the general area it's leaking at and let us know.

So the issue is the front crank seal. Estimate was 1100$ -_-
Getting everything myself and doing it is 400$
Is this project going to be hell?
I haven't messed with timing belts before.

It can be a bitch if you've never done a t-belt before since the cams like to move a bit and the belt is a tight fit. If you don't have the tools you'll probably never get that crank pulley bolt out, even the strongest impact guns don't always get them out, the special tools are needed and doing it by hand while laying on your back gives you no leverage.

Probably best to save your money and let someone who knows what they're doing do it. Best to get all Honda parts and replace EVERYTHING on the timing side of the engine, all seals, belts, water pump and tensioner.

I've got a full timing belt kit, all the seals, water pump, everything the shop listed. Cost about 350$. Military discount was nice saved me about 50$ on parts. I have an army buddy who's a mechanic and we are gonna give it a go this weekend.

Any suggestions or tips on this, or anything I might as well do at the same time?

On another note, does anyone know how the front crank seal goes bad? Had it replaced less than three years ago. I went back to that shop, they refused to give me any sort of discount to do it again.
Just wondering if it's something I did or possibly their Shitty work.

1" OD, 5' long galvanized pipe on the end of a breaker bar does the trick

That is, of course, using the crank pulley tool as well.
