Did you put in new plugs? Try pulling a plug wire at a time to see if its an actual miss fire. Are you throwing any codes?

if you bent the valves most likley you dented your valve seats causing incorrect seating/compression leak.....everyone i know that has bent a valve has either bought a new head or if the damage wasnt severe, a machine shop re-shaped/cut the seats......even if it didnt look like they were dented, they most likley were enough for new valves not to seat correctly

no i replaced the valves and also did a leak test. the alves set right and there was no major damage on the head besides the valves. the compression on it is good .
it is something else

not for nothin but, check your rotor on the dizzy....sometimes the screw will fall out and it'll be off timing.....if thats not it, try your belt timing one more time....make sure that the crank pulley (single mark)is lined up with the mark on the timing cover and make sure the cam gear isnt 180 off....i seen that happen ALOT.....not saying i dont think you dont know what your doing but sometimes even a good mechanic will overlook the smallest thing....you can be one tooth off....or 180.....look carefully

ok i got it to the last thing it might be.
well after holding my foot on the gas pedal for 5 minutes i let goand it stayed idling low at 500 rpm then it jumped up to normal levels..so i checked the motor and noticed the water temp sensor had a clipped wire..and now it stays as long as it doesn't cool down..hmm well im a switch it out and then see what happens
