Default How to replace your head gasket on a dc5/f22b

After a quick search i couldnt find a tutorial on how to do this. Does anyone have a link for this or whatever? Of course ima buy a helms manual, but i havent yet and i wanted to get a head start.

BTW, i just bought this dc5 w/ 100k for 200$$. All it needs is a radiator and the head gasket replaced! Ill see if i can get pics of her for all to view. Its my first accord, but not my first honda.

I think he means CD5, but perhaps he does mean DC5, in that case, why in gods name would someone remove the K20 and put in an F22B?

let us not be so dramatic...gasket jobs aren't that complicated. with some common sense, hi-temp sealant & a manual (helms or not) you'll be fine.

It isn't as hard as you think. It's just a matter of setting side a day to do it and taking your time. plus you're going to need a manual to follow
