I noticed that you went with the skunk2 manifold, Did you have to pound the fire wall in a bit to make it fit?

Build looks really good
. Somethings that you might want to reconsider that I ran into issues with on my turbo H, was one go with larger injectors, H22s use ALOT of fuel...partly because they make so much torque, more torque=more fuel. Those injectors will work just fine for what you have right now, but if you plan on building the block any and running more boost, your going to need more fuel. Also that fuel pump will work just fine but same thing, I think the walbros are good for about 450-500hp, but even still maybe look into upgrading your fuel system. Im not sure what brand clutch your using but Im currently running a Competition stg3/lightened flywheel and it slips pretty bad 3-4 once you reach vtec.. I have now a Competition stg5 and reserfaced stock flywheel Im waiting to put in. You will be doing some serious shifting with that ITR transmission...I can only imagine...Ha, my stock gears always felt a little long untill I decided to turbocharge... Heres the pic of the Peakboost hard return line kit. ![]() Let me know how that 44mm gate works for you, Im only running a 38mm...with the 3lb spring it will hold around 5-6psi, but on the top end im looking at 10psi. Once I get some funds Joe at TempstRacing is going to weld in another flange and add another 38mm gate to my manifold. You should be looking at some good numbers, at around 10psi/slipping clutch my car managed to put down 380whp on the dyno. Mind you this is a bone stock jdm h22w/euroR intake manifold. Thanks for the insight, yea I know the fuel system is a little on the weak side... When the built motor stage comes into play I'll up grade everything, heat treat gears/DSS lev 5.9, sump/external pump/-8AN lines ect ect.....
The cluch I'm useing is a SPEC stg 3 6puc sprung... I think it can hold like 325lb/ft of torque, wich should hold what I make. I will definately upgrade that later to maybe a Clutch Masters twin disk H2B specific setup... as far as ther oil drain on the turbo goes I thinking about using a weld on -10AN fitting on the pan with a straight or 45* then to a 45* on the turbo using all push lock fittings ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() as far as the oil feed goes I can't seem to find a definate yes or no on wether I need a oil restictor or not. I found this regutaled inlet flangethat can be drilled out bigger if too small ![]() ![]() If any one knows what size that hole should be let me know... |

You shouldn't need an oil restrictor on a normal t3/t4 journal bearing turbo. Typically those are only needed for small t25-t28, and bb turbos.

so with the dowel pins in the main girdle being replaced with solid pins to block oil to the balance shafts making the oil pressure a little higher than a normal H22, it should still be fine? and the turbo is a T3/To4R with a 360* bearing...
