how to remove the license plate bulb cover to change bulbs out

on the 2001 v6 coupe accord, how do we take off the bulb cover to replace the bulbs for the license plate light?

thank you. i dont have a owners manual. i was going to see if my buddy has one but been busy. kewl its pretty easy to do .
