Everything is wired perfectly except that the stereo, doesn't hold the preset station memory. Does anyone know which wire I am suppose to splice and connect to the antenna memory wire coming out of the headunit wire harness?

NO! CUT THE GREEEEN WIRE!
lol, the yellow wire is usually the constant 12v. I'd have to look, but if you have a volt meter, test it with yellow and ground, key on and key off.

heh thanks guys... is it solid yellow or yellow with some other color on it?
Do I connect to the ant or amp REM wire or do I leave that unconnected?
