lol ok lemme rephrase this so its understood better, im asking if i can cut through it so the whole cover is not off, i want some sort of guard on it

why there wouldnt be any repercussions to keeping it coverless? i dont want anything to get damaged

Sure, you can drill through it just like I did.

The onyl reprocussion is the timing belt/cam gear is exposed, leaving the chance for it to get damaged. But, have you heard of this happening to anybody?

ITR wrinkle red paint will be here today..Not too good of a day to pait, but I've got no choice.

I got my moon cuts done a few years ago, then got the cover chromed
