If you have no idea what you are talking about then don't. Not being rude just saying
As stated before it's the same head as far as the head itself. Cam is different, and the fuel system. If you are already mpfi no real point to swap, if not well no reason to do more then just mpfi. Most go fast guys will find the stock usdm SI cam to be a little smaller then they would like.

I HAVE AN ANOTHER HATCH SI BLOCK IS WORN OUT , BUT THE PRIOR OWNER A FRIEND PUT A LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT INTO THE HEAD ,SO I WANTED TO SWAP THAT ONTO MY MPFI DX CAR MY DAILY DRIVER DO YOU THINK IT IS WORTH IT

First, for christ's sake, stop using caps lock all the time. The shift key is not at all far from the rest of the letters, and caps makes you far less likely to get any help with what you're asking.
Second, what did your friend do to the head? I mean, you could see some gains from it, but you're not going to make much real power on an N/A d-series in any case.
