This is correct
DC1 = JDM non vtec engine ZC / 2 door body
DC2 = B18C vtec engine either GSR or ITR / 2 door body
DC4 = B18A1 or B18B1 USDM non vtec engine / 2 door body
DB8 = B18C vtec engine either GSR or ITR / 4 door body
DB7 = B18A1 or B18B1 USDM non vtec engine / 4 door body

DC1 front end looks just like an USDM 94 LS front end.

a couple of New Zealand cars DC1's have the Chrome housing JDM front with the crappy single cam in the 4 door and two door bodys i though it look great untill they showed what was under the hood

??? dang, how did we end up with dohc motor in ours? usually we get the shaft when it comes to motors in our usdm cars.

i didnt know the carbuerated single cams had mechanical advance on their distibutors...crazy

im actually trying to find a clean one in japan to import into the states, so far i found a ef5 AWD sedan, eh1 AWD sedan.

1) Americans like torque. Ask 240SX owners how they feel about the US car's getting the truck engine (KA24DE) while the JDM cars got the higher horsepower but lower torque SR20DE or SR20DET.

2) The Integra came to America as an Acura. As such, it was an "entry level luxury car", and a 1.6 L SOHC engine ain't luxury.

all i can say is ahhahahahhahaha. shiet is hecka crazy. all those time ive been talkin bout single in a integra, i never knew there was acutally one alive somewhere in the world... some one get a pic of that 4 integra wid a single cam.... i need to see. but any who. how does it drive???? wid a 115 i belive hp on a heavy *** frame??
