Default leaded vs unleaded

Building a new h22a4 with new oem parts (bottom to top) and wanted to know if using leaded ms98 rather then pump gas would mess the motor up. this is probably a no brainer. I know you cant go from unleaded to leaded, but what if you stayed leaded with a new motor thats never had unleaded?? My gas bill will be astronomical plus leaded race gas is cheaper! dONT KNOW LMK! or

there are several things that leaded gas will kill, including:
our environment
your catalytic converted
your o2 sensors

the list goes on

use unleaded fuel
