BS! This has been rumored since early January... next month... next month. It's almost the end of freakin' March now. I trained myself to recognize when it would do it, it's like a second gate feeling, and got honda to change the tranny fluid. No problems since December.

Hahahaha right. When we talked to techline they said it would have be out by the end of the month. That was in january. It is in the works though.

I went on a test drive with a Field Parts/Service manager who also works as a field tech for Honda Corp. yesterday....and he also mentioned that they will be coming out with with some sort of fix and TSB soon. Not sure the time frame as every time i hear it...its different but hopefully soon enough.

When I took my car in, they did replace the trans fluid for free - per the TSB. I thought I would be okay, but it still happens once in a while. The tech there told me Honda was working on a real fix, and it should be out by summer of 08. This was a month ago.

They need to hury the [freak] up with the TSB and get our shit fix asap. The asshole at the stealership charged me to change my tranny oil cause I had the Amsoil in it before the TSB came out. So I got screwed with paying for something that should of have been free. We need these trannys fixed mang!!!!!

Does it pop out under load or on lift off? If it pops out while the gas is to the floor I can see this wrecking a transmission real fast.

Yeah I could of but strangly the Amsoil TF was not helping with the tranny and I needed something else so I gave it a shot with the new oil and now I have better shifting and no pop outs. So I guess it was not all that bad.

my car was in about a month, month and a half ago. jason was able to duplicate the problem and said the techline said something is coming for this....

Hope this fix comes soon... i just bought a 2006 Si and can't find any consistant pattern where the "pop-out" doesn't happen. Honda PLEASE FIX!
