Default Review of the Nikon MB-D200 (extra battery holder)

1st camera product review thread EVAR made on H-T
So you bought a D200, you see the battery is guzzled like Jeremy Clarkson playing with a car around the track..
Solution, buy a MBD200.
The piece is made of quality plastic that feels sturdy like every Nikon Camera.
It attaches onto the tripod mount with a steady dial. The bottom side grip has a vertical shutter release and AF button, and the grip holds 2 batteries as well as the bottom battery flap of the camera so it isn't running around your camera bag.

The backside has a dial that one needs to turn access the batteries, so far I'm at 600 shots without a dying battery and some playback and deleting VIA the screen, but I also leave AF only to work with the button.
now here are some images..
I resized via imageshak and shot in Jpeg Basic so quality is

The neat thing is the battery pack can work of one battery, it will drain one first, then drain the second one.

Good review..

I got my grip when I ordered the camera, mainly because I was worried about battery life.. Its differently worth the monies in my eyes. My only small complaint is it does not have the quality feel the body has.
