Default whats the difference in these cams?

there is a blox type b and blox stage 1 (which ive never heard of).

the product number on the type b is BXCM-10102
an the stage 2 is BXCM-10106? also, how are blox valvesprings? anybody with experience with them? would those be recommended over the itr?portflow combo? i already have itr valvesprings in my head but im gonna be goin for bigger cams soon. thanks in advance
