ethylene glycol is the common product in antifreeze.

we use this as its illegal to use anything with ethylene glycol at the tracks

Engine ice is Antifrezze specifically designed for motorcyles, its basically the same as car antifrezze just designed to help with the seals and high rpm on bikes.
