Any one here know if the rear quarter panel on a 92 Civic hatchback, are bolted in place or welded? The reason I ask is cause on majestic honda's website, you can buy the actual quarter panel and it seesm to be a separate piece in the diagram. Just wondering cause some idoit hit me there and I want to know if its a separate piece or welded in? Thanks

to my knowlage, the pic you're seeing is a cut of a qtr. pannel. when you go to a body shop they cut off your existing pannel, and hang then weld the new one.
so i think the answer you're looking for is no, you cannot just unbolt the qtr panel and hang a replacement pannel.
