has anyone on here done this and how can it be done?
do i take off the bumber then take the whole headlight of to do so or can i take off the front fenders to get to the bulb?

Pop your hood. Look at your headlight.

The one closer to the middle is the headlight. The one towards the corner is the turn signal. Twist it clockwise and pull it out, replace it with a 7443 bulb if you have a 01-03. Better yet just go to pep boys and use the little computer thing.

yea i have an 05 so its different the turn signal is hidden

1)Take out the clips that hold the plastic fender lining.
2)Pull it back and stick your arm through to the socket.
3)Twist and pull the socket out.
4)Pull out old blub.
5)Put in new blub.
6)Put everything back.

curious again.....anyone have a diff color than amber as a turn signal
i have seen on ebay red and blue
or would that be way too ricer?

I think it's ricey, plus red and blue as front turn signals are illegal if I remember correctly. It's your car tho, do what you want.

ya i was thinking that it would be illegal too i just didnt want that amber bulb anymore and was looking at alternatives and saw those so ya
i should stick with amber just to be safe

They are sweet

not sure how strict your laws are here, but if you have those blueish white lights (non-hid) they are considered illegal here. you can get a ticket for them.

also having red/blue turn signal lights are considered illegal, those colors are restricted to police cars only.

check with people in your area though.

In Michigan White is fine. I had white ones for a year and was never bothered. I think any color other than amber or white as front turn signals is illegal. Someone correct me if I'm wrong it's been a while since I cared about turn signal color.

yea i know i shouldnt be caring about this but im getting a whole new light setup
for my car foglights 9006 n 9005 so i was just looking into changing the turn signals thats all

2.35 a clip exspensive! and i dont need clips i got the necessary ones in so there is no big problem
they are plastic clips probably could be sold for 50 cents agree???

lol well i have had red turn signals for about a year now.... and never been pulled over or anything like that... mayb cuz the red and amber look similar in a way... but the red looks good i got them on mine..... i guess its prefrence

I think the directions to change the turn signal is in the owners manual if you have it.

Sorry but I cant find Hawaii's...
