Re: Enkei RPF1 Pictures
sorry never checked this thread haha.
tires are 225/45/16 hankook ventus rs2s.
nothing special, wanted something i could cruise around on nice days on, drive to the track, and drive home.
i have 235/40/17 nitto nt01s on te37s for serious track days/events/etc
but i hate the way the car looks on 17s lol.

Re: Enkei RPF1 Pictures
it was the tire to have this past season. ours were shaved to 2/32nds and lasted a whole season between 2 drivers. took about a run to heat up and then they were good. on a heavier car you will see more wear. im gonna go with dunlop direzza star specs this year on the S2k for an experimental class in philly region.

Re: Enkei RPF1 Pictures
they would be no worse then running azenis everyday. as cheap as they are right now, it wouldnt hurt to pick up a set. depending on the amount of camber you have. don't expect much more then 15K before they are treadless.
i almost bought a set for my s. the re-11 is taking its place and vendors want them gone. tirerack has them for well under 100.

Re: Enkei RPF1 Pictures
In terms of grip levels. Azenis don't compare. They don't heat cycle as well and they seem to get harder as they wear while the RE01R's stay the consistency.
