Default Question regarding CD FlushWing

just wanted to know cause im really making the move to get the flush wing lip for my coupe. but im only really seeing the 94-95 flush wings around for sale. now i just want to know if the 94-95 flush lip wings will fit the 96-97 accords. its hard to tell for me cause i was looking at my friends 94 sedan and then compared with my 97 coupe and the trunks shapes and curves looks identical. but i could be wrong...

are you referring to the SiR wing or some aftermarket company?

yeah, the SiR wing.

there has been some discussion about this before. I can't remember exactly but I'm sure they are slightly different but I want to say some people stated they made one work on the other but I can't remember which. Try searching, I know I've seen some threads on this before.

i tried looking into this for the longest time cause i really wanted one.
As far as i know it only lines up perfectly on the 94-95 trunks,
it may fit on our 96-97's, but it wont match up perfectly...
I might have some pics of them if you want

96-97 wing is almost impossible to find. I found one last summer after looking for 3+ years

94-95 wing fits with some mod to the 96-97 model. Doesn't look quite as clean though.

96-97 wing with Red H emblem=teh seX

Edit: Kinda been eyeing the Mugen one that's on eBay right now as well. $500 is too steep though.

Its painted, so the cf would be almost impossible to see with that color paint. Plus, the way the Mugen emblem is perfectly embedded makes me think its real. Also, I've bought a lot of stuff from that dude and he's an honest guy.

Still, its too much and I don't want to have to take my SIR one off and repair the trunk holes just to put a different wing on
