get the flair end crowsfoot wrenches, takes about 20 minutes to do
set of flair end crowsfoot wrenches at napa = $18 (the size you'll need it 14mm but just get the set)
new filter = $10 ?
not paying someone else to do it $150 = $120+ in your pocket & some cool tools to add to the collection

Speaking of fuel filter change, when buying a new filter from Honda, it comes with three washers. Two of them are the same size and go on the 17mm bolt on the top of the filter.......Where the hell does the 3rd washer(pretty small) go?

crowsfoot wrenches and patience... as someone else said it take me about 20-25 minutes once you understand how you have to do it.
read the first link and even print it out for when your actually doing the work so you dont have to run to the computer... it covers the key points of the job pretty well.

I don't think it is a part for the accords, yet the civics use the same filter, and they have an extra bolt on top, for a bleader, to relive pressure. That is what the other washer is for.
