I have J1 and it's VERY short geared. Makes for great city driving, highway sucks though...

Marcell, the S1/J1 gear ratios are not correct on that site. I have checked several of them and I always get these numbers:

1st 3.25
2nd 2.05
3rd 1.41
4th 1.10
5th .90
final 4.40

Not a huge difference, but look at the fifth. I notice that these seem to turn more rpm then other b16 trannys.

I will have to start looking at other ones to see how many others are accurate.

I got a Y1 I believe the Y1 is from a SiR CRX and s1 and j1 are from the teg

I have a J1 on my CR-VTEC and at 80 mph, I'm at 5200 rpm's with 205/50/15's.....

4300 with my S1. IMO they're all about the same with minimum differences

Yeah i was saying the same thing i had a Y1 and a S1 and couldnt tell the differance on them no offical stamps nothing thats kinda weird

The S1 can be confusing because there is a USDM 1990 Integra LS "S1" and a JDM B16 "S1". Both have the same ID sticker but very different ratios.

The JDM S1 and J1 are the same gear ratio but the J1 has larger 3-4 synchros. The Y1 has a longer FD ratio (4.266 vs 4.40) and slightly longer 1st and 5th ratios than the S1.
