Default What is the easiest way to change your water pump and have ac in your car to? SOHC motor.

I am thinking about changing my waterpump andmaybe the timing belt tomorrow because in about a month I am going to be turbocharged finally in my SOHC. Well here is the thing what is the quickest way to change it with ac in it? That stupid timing belt cover thats hard to get off I mean the whole thing.
1. Would you Jack up the motor taking the driver side motor mount loose and taking the ac bracket off and tryingto do it that way.Or...
2. Taking the driver side mount off and lowering it down and trying it that way?

I am just trying to findideas how to change this really quick the easiest way. because i will probaly be thinking about how to do it all night tonight.
