ek4 rear swaybar onto ek1 sedan
ek4 swaybar onto ek1 sedan.
Would this make much of a diffrence for a 40$ mod? ( im happy to pay an extra 40 or whatever if i can fit say a type R one)
Would i be better of spending a little more and finding somthing diffrent?
also it dosnt come with endlinks. What can be used or where could i get some from.
I did a bit of searching and found this

What is the answer to that question?

Re: ek4 rear swaybar onto ek1 sedan (nugget666)
Can you tell us what size the EK4 sway bar is?
There are basically two different subframes for the EK range of civics. The Type R and the non-Type R. The Type R subframe is roughly 3X the thickness of the others. This allows it to handle the 22-23mm rear sway bar.
Here in the US, the only Civic in that range with a rear sway bar is the Si coupe with a 13mm rear sway bar. Anything more than that will need subframe reinforcement. Some people get away with running the Beaks and BSQ reinforcements, but some have still had the subframe tear with them. The only real solution to this large of a rear bar is the ASR Brace (http://www.asrparts.com)
Hope that helps
